Cancellation Policy We understand that unexpected things can happen, but please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a 50% charge of the booked service. Illness Policy If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Your health and the health of our team are our top priorities. If you are unable to attend due to illness with less than 48 hours' notice, a 50% charge may apply. Service Changes To ensure efficient scheduling, we kindly ask that you avoid changing your scheduled service within 48 hours of your appointment. If a change is necessary, a fee equal to half of the full service may be charged. Deposits We may require a deposit to secure your appointment, which will be applied towards your service. Rescheduling Our Appointments In the rare event that we need to reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and any deposit made will be applied to your next scheduled appointment. Your Satisfaction is Our Priority We strive to provide the highest quality service. If you have any concerns or are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within two weeks of your appointment.
